Irish-American singer Cathie Ryan was recorded in concert exclusively for Celtic Connections during the Southern Illinois Festival of Irish Music & Dance, on April 28, 2000. This former member of Cherish the Ladies is richly supported by her own backup band in a full-hour concert of original and traditional songs.
